Domestic Violence Shelter
In 2025, I was selected to serve on the Teen Leadership Council, participating in sessions focusing on preventative measures and promoting awareness of early signs of abuse. A part of that training was a workshop I co-led, where we taught students and parents how to navigate social media and how to have safe, secure online interactions. Since then, I have joined the Executive Council. We meet biweekly to plan meetings, develop initiatives with the leadership team, and conduct outreach to continue collaboration with schools and the broader community.
Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood’s initiatives speak to the crucial services women need to better control their health, services I believe are vital necessities. I got to contribute to this great cause by attending community meetings and discussing prospective and current initiatives.
